A Planning Session is one per service, 50 minutes, with a written plan and estimate. It is included in the setup for Visibility and Advertising, and $199 for Branding. The Discovery Session is the free first one.

Websites
Every website starts with a $199 Website Planning Session, then a Tailored ($499) or Custom ($1,799) Design Starter. Hosting is $59/month. Any sessions after that are $199 each, or Done for You is $599/month. Use the estimator on Pricing for a starting number.
Yes. Your site is built on JetSites, with text and photos you can update yourself at no added cost beyond hosting. If you'd rather not, book help from your Strategist, or choose Done for You.
A typical Tailored site takes two design sessions after your Planning Session, often about three revision sessions, a pre-flight check and a go-live session. Each is $199 and you book only what you need. It's a typical plan, not a fixed fee.

Every Creagency website includes an accessibility toolbar with a built-in AI assistant. Visitors can type or speak to adjust text size, contrast and fonts, turn on a screen reader, or ask it to summarize the page or find information. It helps more people use your site; no widget guarantees ADA compliance on its own, so we also build every site with accessible structure from the start.

No. We pick one or two that fit your business: Facebook and Instagram for most local businesses, LinkedIn for B2B.

The greater of $646/month or 20% of monthly ad spend; most businesses spending under about $3,230/month pay the $646 minimum.
No one honest can. We report cost per lead and adjust every week.
No, but the ads need a landing page that converts. We build one during setup.
Branding
Yes. Logo Design is $599, after your $199 Branding Planning Session. You receive a complete Logo Kit and own every file, including the source files.
Hand-picked and professionally finished. Every logo starts with a person who has listened to your Planning Session and knows your business. We use AI tools to explore options quickly, and a designer chooses, refines and finalizes every file. What you receive is original work, not a template.
Yes. Branding is also how custom website copy is written; it replaces the Content Starter on your site. See Websites.
Everything in Brand Refresh and everything in Logo Design, plus a color palette, type and a brand guide, drafted behind the scenes and reviewed with you live. It is $2,490. If you only need the words or a logo, see Message Clarity ($398) or Logo Design ($599).

Yes, by proposal. The Whole-Business Package covers Branding, Websites, Visibility and Advertising under one Strategist for one monthly fee, from $1,940/month.
No, except in the Whole-Business Package. JetSites hosting is $59/month, billed separately from sessions and Done for You plans.
Scheduled sessions are 50 minutes, $199, prepaid, and suit most work. On-demand help is $4/minute with no minimum, when a Strategist is available, and suits small updates.
Sessions and Branding have no term. Website and Visibility Done for You plans run by the quarter and renew until you cancel. Advertising runs in six-month terms. The Whole-Business Package has a 12-month minimum.
